From raw material to dispatch, every step happens in our own plant, under our own control.
Production
We run three shifts non-stop on state-of-the-art machinery for tubular, flat and narrow-fabric weaving.
PP granules that pass the MFI test are extruded into tapes of the required width and thickness. The dosing unit of our computer-controlled mixers blends raw material and additives in the optimum ratio for each product.
Tapes that pass our quality tests are woven into tubular fabric of the required size. For single-ply fabric an ultrasonic edge-cutting system is used. Periodic width and weight checks prevent faulty production.
Woven fabrics are laminated in the required colour and properties, and checked periodically for adhesion and weight. BOPP-coated products are produced with a sandwich lamination system.
PP webbing for lifting loops is woven on narrow-fabric looms and sewing thread is produced on our yarn line — so every load-bearing component of a big bag passes our own quality control.
Fabrics are cut to size, printed on the flexo line and sewn into big bags, slings or sacks according to the product specification.
Every step of the process is monitored by our quality control. Products are tested to EFIBCA standards, packed and prepared for dispatch from our warehouse.
