Information Notice
This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the principles of superior service quality and transparency adopted by our Company, as stipulated in Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data may be transferred, our personal data collection methods, the legal basis for this, and your rights as a data subject.
DATA CONTROLLER

2. To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data processed by our company may be transferred to;
For the purpose of achieving the processing purposes listed above;

* To individuals or organizations permitted by the Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Institution legislation, Court of Accounts, Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering, Turkish Commercial Code, Law of Obligations and other legislation,

3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your Personal Data.
All of it is collected through automated, semi-automated and non-automated methods that are part of the data recording system, directly by you or by persons authorized to act on your behalf, through applications made to our company’s official e-mail address;
Company personnel, institutions to which we provide/receive support services, and real and/or legal persons with whom transactions are carried out within the scope of any legislation or contract, and directly through automated systems (official e-mail channel) verbally, in writing or electronically;
As specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law;
Your personal data is collected based on the following reasons:
* It is explicitly provided for in the laws,
* It is necessary for our company to fulfill its legal obligations,
* It is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract and processing is necessary,
* It is necessary for our company’s legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,
* It has been made public by you,
* It is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
* Your explicit consent has been obtained.
4. Rights of Personal Data Owners
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law using the methods described below, the Company will process your request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages, and a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page exceeding ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by our Company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium. According to Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the following rights:
* The right to learn whether personal data is being processed,
* The right to request information regarding the processing of personal data if it has been processed,
* The right to learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
* The right to know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
* The right to request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the action taken in this regard,
* The right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the action taken in this regard,
* The right to object to a result that is detrimental to the individual as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems. * The right to demand compensation for damages if the individual suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data,

2. Your Turkish Republic identity number if you are a Turkish citizen, or your nationality, passport number, or identity number if you are a foreigner,
3. Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
4. Your email address, telephone and fax number for notification purposes, if any,

… Depending on the nature of your request, you must provide us with complete and accurate information and documents that will enable identity verification. Failure to provide the requested information and documents properly may hinder our company’s ability to conduct thorough and effective investigations related to your request, and we reserve our legal rights. Therefore, your application must be sent to us completely and include all the requested information and documents, according to the nature of your request. You can submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned matters in Turkish, in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KIP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in our system, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018 on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Only information about the applicant will be provided in applications; no information about third parties will be given. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
